All Bookings

The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all bookings with Stallingborough Grange Hotel whether you make them online or by telephone or in person.

Payment Terms

Reservations made over the phone or via email will require a credit/debit card number to secure the reservation. No payment will be taken from your card however on arrival at the hotel we will require a pre-authorisation of your credit/debit card.

Best Available Rate

When you book a best available rate, Stallingborough Grange will ask you for a credit/debit card number to secure your reservation only. No payment will be taken from your card and you will pay for your room on departure at the hotel. You can cancel your best available rate booking up to 12 noon the day prior to arrival without penalty. If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after 12 noon the day prior to arrival you will be charged for your first nights accommodation.

Wedding Guest Rates

When you book on a wedding guest pre-arranged rate, you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance is payable on departure or in the event od cancellation or non-arrival. All wedding guest rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rates

All rates quoted are subject to availability and inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Supplements will be automatically applied to family rooms or room upgrades.

Check In and Check Out

Guest bedrooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Late check outs may be available, please as at reception and we will notify you of any additional charges.

Smoking Policy

All our public areas and guest bedrooms are non smoking. We have a designated area outside for smoking in. Any bedrooms with evidence of smoking will be charged a fee of £100 for cleaning the bedroom.

Pet Policy

We do not allow pets other than guide dogs in the hotel.

Car Parking

We have ample free car parking. All cars are parked at the owners risk.

Dining

We are passionate about our food quality and service. If you choose to add dinner to your stay at the time of booking you will receive a £23 per guest allowance to spend in the restaurant or room service.

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know on arrival at the hotel.

General
